To expand mobile enterprise services, technology giant IBM has purchased an Israeli startup Worklight, an HTML5 apps development company. Although, financial terms were not disclosed, Israeli publication Calcalist indicated that the acquisition price could be around $70 million, wrote TechCrunch reporter Leena Rao.
There is little doubt that HTML5 is already changing the way businesses approach application development. While only debuting a short time ago, both executives and their development partners are quickly realizing how the mobile game is changing.
